Role and Responsibilities
- You will be dealing with a wide range of people over the phone including customers, job seekers (candidates) and outside agencies
- Answering incoming calls, emails and text messages
- Taking telephone calls and passing info initially to relevant person then as role progresses you will be handling the calls and queries
- Meeting customers and candidates face to face
- Selling the services of All Temps Recruitment initially over the phone and face to face with prospective customers
- Interviewing candidates for the job roles
- Matching candidates to the job roles
- Organizing interviews for candidates
- Sending and chasing reference requests
- Advertising roles on Job Centre and various jobs boards
- Auditing files
- Assisting with weekly timesheets, payroll and data capture
- Entering information into numerous spread sheets and databases
- Creating documents using MS Office
- Maintaining daily progress with Jobs coming in from outside agencies such as councils’ schools etc.
- Answering any queries that arise
- Working in a team
- Prioritising and changing daily duties in line with the needs of the business

Required Qualifications
- Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 9-4 /A*-C or equivalent
Training
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- Maths and English to Level 2 required, if not already achieved
- Ongoing assessment by the employer and provider – for example meetings with apprentice, employer and learning provider, observations of workplace, gathering evidence
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour in relation to: customer service principles and practices, planning, regulation, responsibility and IT, business principles, customer communication and health and safety
Undertake a self-assessment in the last month of their apprenticeship to enable them to see whether they are confident that they have taken on board all aspects of the occupation.
This self-assessment must be submitted to the independent end point assessor as a source of evidence to prepare for independent End Point Assessment which will include multiple choice assessment; showcase portfolio of learning and interview; presentation of a pro
