Asian Cooking

If you love spicy food then this course is for you. You will prepare different items from scratch using red lentils as the main ingredient. You will also use other authentic ingredients and techniques. By the end of the day your confidence in cooking will impress your friends and family.

On the day, you will learn through practical work by preparing and cooking red lentils 4 different ways. Your tutor will demonstrate and guide you with easy steps, in order to apply your new skills and knowledge to prepare your dishes. Group discussions, PowerPoint presentations and video clips will also be used. Handouts will be provided about ingredients and methods used.
