What is the Programme Content?
Working with edible pastes (sugarpaste, flower and modelling paste), you will create small models and wired flowers and foliage. You will understand what each paste is best suited to and will develop basic skills and techniques required to make stunning cake decorations. Projects will include seasonal themed models, 2D Cut-outs, high top trainers cake topper, Poinsettia flowers, bracts and leaves.

All materials and equipment needed to complete the projects are provided for use in class. The course fee includes the cost of the materials. If you qualify to get the course for free you will still need to pay a material charge of £24.
How will I be assessed?
Your tutor will discuss your individual goals, and you will be encouraged to gain new skills and techniques. You will be required to track your progress by completing an Individual Learning Plan.
