We cover offering customers advice, guidance and support. As well as problem solving and measuring customer satisfaction. If you’re looking to gain experience in customer service, this apprenticeship is for you.
Since this is a work-based programme, you’ll need to develop your knowledge of the business you work in. It takes place over 12-15 months. From products and services, sales and promotion to knowing your customers. We’ll review your progress with your employer. Your assessment includes a showcase portfolio, practical observation and a professional discussion.
