From mobility to healthy food choices, we’ll help you create a tailored plan to suit your needs. If you’re struggling to keep fit during self-isolation, this programme is perfect. We’ll even show you how you can use household objects around you!
This is a 10 week online course and we’ll be using a video link via Zoom. We’ll also be providing worksheets and fun quizzes via email to help you along, and asking you to create an individual learning plan.
