Our Remote Education Offer

Learners aged 16 to 19 will be able to access learning online through interactive video on google meet and google classroom. Vulnerable learners without access to suitable remote devices or at risk of being NEET, as per government guidance as recommended by the DfE, will be able to access face to face learning’. We have however, halved our Class sizes to accommodate this.

If you are attending courses designed for young people or adults who have a learning difficulty, all classes are running as normal. However, if you are shielding, alternative arrangements can be made for remote or home learning.

All of our Apprenticeship delivery will be accessed remotely through interactive video on google meet and google classroom. We will offer ‘face-to-face’ learning for Vulnerable learners without access to suitable remote devices.

For Adult Learners attending our courses, most of the learning will be done online or remotely. Your tutor will speak to you about what works best for you. In addition, for some of our courses, learners who find remote learning difficult, arrangements may be able to be made to visit one of our centres for one to one or very small group learning.

Any Learners coming in for ‘face to face learning’ will be expected to adhere to H&S and cleaning requirements detailed in their induction i.e. hand washing for 20 seconds, masks, wiping down laptops after use etc.
