Personal Trainer Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
Would you love to help others achieve their health and fitness goals? If you’re a positive person who loves staying in shape and wants to help others do the same, this apprenticeship is for you.
We’ll cover understanding anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to coaching and motivation. As well as lifestyle management, how to keep your client motivated and designing appropriate exercise plans. You’ll also learn about wellbeing and nutrition.

You’ll need access to Google Classroom and Smart Assessor for your assessment. We’ll review your progress through observation of practice, professional discussion, assignments and tasks.
