This is a 10-week course in a classroom situation. You’ll learn a range of Pilates postures and sequences to increase your flexibility, balance and strength. This will improve your physical and psychological wellbeing. Your tutor will demonstrate each exercise. Wherever appropriate, you’ll get one-to-one guidance and support to ensure you practice safely.
