Sales Executive Apprenticeship Standard Level 4

The Sales Executive Apprenticeship takes approx. 15-18 months, in the workplace. You will gain knowledge, skills and behaviours and learn how to sell effectively to build your organisation's business

What is the Programme Content?

A blend of: • Taught workshops • Tutorials • Self-directed learning and application in a sales environment where you will develop knowledge of your organisation and their products/services; how to gain, build and manage your own customer accounts in order to increase business and profits.

Who is it for?

Those who are interested in a career in sales across a range or organisation types and size.

What prior experience and knowledge do I need?

Prior experience is not required though a passion to work in a fast paced environment and a passion to meet and exceed targets would be advantageous. Apprentices without level two or equivalent English and maths will need to achieve these before end point assessment.

How will I be assessed?

Ongoing programme progression will be reviewed with the employer. End Point assessment will include: • Work-based project • Presentation of a sales pitch with questions and answers; Professional discussion supported by portfolio

Is the programme accredited?

The programme is a nationally recognised apprenticeship certificate.
