Would you like to reduce your stress and anxiety? We’re living in very extremely stressful times right now, and we’ve designed this course to equip you with the tools you need to cope better.
 
This course is perfect for anyone who wants to adopt a more mindful and calm approach to life. It’s suitable for people of all ages and you don’t need any previous experience to sign up.

Course Structure

This is a flexible online course delivered through Google classroom. Mindful meditations will be able 24/7 for you to access whenever you need to.

This five week course will provide different methods to explore; finding peace and tranquility through breathing exercises and investigating how we can control negative thoughts and difficult emotions. Finally, we will try to accept things as they are and learn to cope in these difficult times.
