Role and Responsibilities

The Apprentice will be dealing with customers over the trade counter as well as occasionally visiting and working in the warehouse, dealing with customer orders over the counter, online and via phone and email. Packages need to be branded following the process of steaming, sleeving and sealing ready to send off.

Required Qualifications

Maths, English and ICT GCSE grade 4-9 or equivalent

Training

  • Level 2 trades supplier apprenticeship.
  • Maths & English level 2 if not already achieved.
  • Appts with apprentice, employer & provider, observations of workplace as well as gathering evidence.

  • Undertake self-assessment in last month of apprenticeship. The self-assessment must be submitted to the end point assessor as a source of evidence to prepare for End Point Assessment which will include a showcase portfolio; a project, employer reference & interview about the portfolio and project
