This course is ideal if you are interested in yoga and would like to improve your physical and psychological wellbeing, as well as gaining some tools for helping deal with stress and anxiety. Beginners and those with yoga experience who want to build on their practice are welcome.

Course Structure

Each class will include some breathing exercises, a mix of flowing movement sequences and a variety of seated, standing and balance postures. There’ll be a guided relaxation to finish each class, with the odd poem thrown in!
