Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India that promotes a healthy body and mind. In the challenging times we’re living in Yoga can be a great way of introducing mindfulness into your daily routine, and taking time to slow down.

Our Yoga classes offer a range of poses with variations suited to all levels from beginner to advanced, and breathing techniques. We’ll cover a mix of flowing, vinyasa style poses with slower, meditative yin poses. These classes will provide a chance to focus inwards, building strength and resilience to support your wellbeing. Perfect for anyone who’d like to develop their own practice at home, and make use of calming breathing and meditation techniques.

Course Structure

These are online Yoga classes hosted via Zoom. Classes are followed by short discussion providing you an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas. During these discussions we’ll share ideas for home practice and using yoga for relaxation during this period. Our classes are suitable for beginners and those with experience of yoga. If you have any injuries or health issues which may affect your ability to practice, please let us know before you begin.
