On this programme you’ll explore how to use PCs and laptops to:
- Stay in touch with friends and family using email and social media
- Creating and editing documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Creating and using spreadsheets
- Staying safe online

Anyone over the age of 19 can complete this course, it’s great for:
- Anyone who may struggle to keep in touch with family and friends

What prior experience or knowledge do I need?
None, at the start of this course you will complete an initial assessment which will allow us to determine your current level and place you into the correct class.
What materials or equipment do I need to provide?
Access to a laptop or PC at home with internet access and Microsoft Office would be beneficial however is not essential.

You will be assessed by Online assessments and practice tests.
