What is the Programme Content?
OCR Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development - this consists of 7 Mandatory units and then an Optional Unit selection to make up the credits needed for the Full Diploma award. The Diploma itself takes approx. 13-15 months and will include workplace Observation of Personal Guidance. Cost of the Full Diploma is £3000. https://www.ocr.org.uk/qualifications/vocational-qualifications/career-guidance-and-development-level-6-diploma-04664/ If you already have your Career Leadership Certificate (Optional unit selection from the L6 Diploma) you can qualify by topping up with the 7 Mandatory units of the Level 6. (the cost would be adjusted ). The 7 Mandatory Units are; Preparing to work in the Career development Sector Reflect on and improve Professional practice Career Guidance and development theories and Models Agree the purpose of client centred career interactions and maintain communication with clients Explore and agree the career guidance and development needs of clients Use career-related information with clients Work with other agencies for the benefit of clients and own organisation.
