For those working in the IT team of an organisation where software applications are inextricably part of the client/customer product/service delivery model, providing tactical advice, training and support on core technology applications both hardware and software to internal colleagues and external clients to enable the delivery of application-based products and services.

What is the Programme Content?

Includes maintaining application support processes, policies and procedures, lead and manage upgrades and monitoring systems performance. Devising plans to implement and improve IT infrastructure and conduct hardware and software testing.
